Specifically, we were impressed with the seamless transition. The fact that you worked in the evenings and weekends during our off-hours ensured that we were able to literally leave our old network on a Friday, and come in Monday morning to a new network environment that was completely up and running! There was absolutely NO interruption to our ability to work during our business hours.
Additionally, we found you to be extremely thorough in monitoring all data transfer through its completion, training our staff on new procedures, and keeping me informed of each step of the project you neatly installed and organized the server and each workstation.

Paul Milazzo, owner of PJM Computers & Networking, has been working with ExcelAire LLC since December of 2004. In that timeframe, Paul has built and implemented new servers for our company; has updated equipment when necessary; is responsible for securing equipment at the most competitive pricing; is responsible for all needed software and updates of same; he personally rebuilds equipment when possible; advises various recommendations for our system including security issues, and is constantly available for service calls and emergency situations. On a daily basis, Paul attends to the requests, questions, and assistance of all of our employee’s individual needs.
Paul has competitively bid out and was instrumental in securing a new telephone system along with new telephone equipment for our company and is solely responsible for all issues pertaining to same. Paul has been our liaison with the various telephone companies and has even provided us with in house wiring services.
